Internet Explorer

There are a two versions of Internet Explorer available, one for Windows 3.1 and one for Windows 95. If you want to run the HTML source on this CD, then Internet Explorer is the best to use because it allows you to open executable files directly as well as saving them to disk. If you do use IE, then make sure you open files as opposed to "downloading" them.
